4Cookie およびアクセス解析
当社ウェブサイトは Cookie を使用していません。アクセス解析には Cloudflare Web Analytics を使用しています。同サービスは Cookie を設置せず、端末を横断して個人を追跡するための識別子（フィンガープリント）も生成しません。取得されるのは集計されたページ単位の統計情報のみで、個々の閲覧者を特定することはできません。
広告目的の追跡、行動ターゲティング、第三者へのデータ販売は一切行っていません。
5Bridge Hours について
当社が提供するツール Bridge Hours（beyondbridge.co/bridge-hours/）における入力内容の取扱いは以下のとおりです。
- 会議名、日付、所要時間、地域の設定はすべてお使いのブラウザ内で処理され、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
- 設定はブラウザのローカルストレージに保存されます。当社がこれを参照することはできません。
- 「Google カレンダー」「Outlook」のボタンを押した場合に限り、会議名・日付・所要時間・地域名および現地時刻が、それぞれのサービス（Google LLC / Microsoft Corporation）に送信されます。押さなければ送信されません。
- 「.ics ファイル」はお使いの端末内で生成されます。
- アクセス解析においては、共有リンクに含まれる会議名等の情報は意図的に除外しており、記録されるのはページのパス（/bridge-hours/）のみです。
6第三者への提供および委託
当社は、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人データを第三者に提供しません。ウェブサイトの運営にあたり、以下の事業者のサービスを利用しています。
- GitHub, Inc.（ウェブサイトのホスティング）
- Cloudflare, Inc.（アクセス解析）
お問い合わせにご利用いただくメールは、当社が業務上利用するメールサービスの事業者を経由します。
7国外への移転
上記の事業者はシンガポール国外にサーバーを保有する場合があります。当社は PDPA 第26条および個人情報保護規則に従い、移転先が本方針と同等の保護水準を確保するよう合理的な措置を講じます。
8保管期間
アクセス解析の統計情報は、事業運営上必要な期間に限り保管します。お問い合わせに関する記録は、対応の完了後、業務上または法令上必要な期間に限り保管し、その必要がなくなった時点で削除または匿名化します。
9安全管理措置
当社は、個人データへの不正アクセス、紛失、改ざんおよび漏えいを防止するため、アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
10ご本人の権利
PDPA に基づき、当社が保有するご自身の個人データについて、開示および訂正を請求することができます。また、既にいただいた同意を撤回することができます。ご請求は下記のデータ保護責任者宛にご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

4Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and generates no fingerprint or other identifier for tracking individuals across sites or devices. What we receive is aggregated, page-level statistics from which no individual visitor can be identified.
We do not carry out advertising tracking or behavioural targeting, and we do not sell data to anyone.
5About Bridge Hours
For Bridge Hours (beyondbridge.co/bridge-hours/), the tool we provide, what you enter is handled as follows.
- The meeting name, date, duration and region settings are all processed inside your browser and are never sent to our servers.
- Settings are saved in your browser's local storage. We have no access to them.
- Only when you press the "Google Calendar" or "Outlook" button are the meeting name, date, duration, region names and local times sent to that service (Google LLC / Microsoft Corporation). Nothing is sent unless you press it.
- The .ics file is generated on your own device.
- In our analytics, any meeting name carried in a share link is deliberately excluded; only the page path (/bridge-hours/) is recorded.
6Disclosure and service providers
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except with your consent or where required by law. We use the following providers to operate the website.
- GitHub, Inc. (website hosting)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (analytics)
Email you send to us passes through the provider of the mail service we use for business.
7Transfers outside Singapore
The providers above may hold data on servers outside Singapore. In line with section 26 of the PDPA and the Personal Data Protection Regulations, we take reasonable steps to ensure that a comparable standard of protection applies to data transferred abroad.
8Retention
Aggregated analytics are retained only for as long as they are useful to the business. Records of correspondence are retained after a matter closes only for as long as business or legal requirements call for, and are then deleted or anonymised.
9Security
We apply reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure of personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS).
10Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Please write to our Data Protection Officer below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are in the EU, the UK or Japan, you may also have rights under the GDPR or Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Please use the same contact.
